Marcio leads the firm’s international structuring practice, advising on cross-border structures and family office platforms across digital and traditional wealth. He oversees client relationships, strategic mandates and coordination with counterparties, including bankability and institutional alignment. He founded MMLaw and has led its development as a boutique practice focused on international structuring, digital wealth and forensic and legal assessment of asset activity.

Michalis is a Partner in the Cyprus office, advising on family office structures, international corporate matters and complex cross-border transactions across the EU, Greece, Ireland and South Africa, and is registered in all three jurisdictions.

Diogo advises on international corporate and tax matters, with a focus on family office structures, Portuguese and Brazilian law, and real estate-related matters in Portugal.

Gonçalo advises on international tax and corporate structuring, with a focus on family office structures, cross-border matters and digital asset-related work. He also works on intellectual property matters within technology-driven sectors.

Henrique advises on regulatory compliance, asset protection and estate planning, with a focus on digital asset certification, transaction analysis and blockchain-related matters.

Bruno advises on cybersecurity, forensic assessment and governance, drawing on experience in high-sensitivity information environments requiring strict discipline, confidentiality and operational control.

Melissa oversees the Lisbon office and team supervision.

Rafaela is bachelor in law, oversees the Cyprus office and Global financial operations, with a focus on strategic planning, and project management.
